Returns Policy

At Reading Football Club, we want every supporter to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Certain items, such as personalised products (including Replica Shirts printed with name & number), perishable goods, or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

Exchanges

• We will gladly exchange items if you need a different size, colour, or product (subject to availability).
• If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shirt Printing

• Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.
