Inspired by the iconic tins of Huntley & Palmers, whose biscuits carried the name of Reading across the globe for over 150 years, the kits classic hoops echo the ornate detailing of Victorian biscuit tins, a tribute to the towns proud heritage, honouring the clubs original nickname, The Biscuitmen. Produced by Macron using Eco Fabrics made from 100% recycled PET polyester, each shirt reuses 13 plastic bottles, delivering top-tier performance while reducing environmental impact. It's a kit that proudly unites past and future, tradition and innovation.

All online orders are shipped via our third‑party logistics partner Mission Logix. For more information about our fulfilment partner, visit www.missionlogix.com. The only exception to this is for In Store Click & Collect orders which are fulfilled directly by Reading Football Club.

At Reading Football Club, we want every supporter to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as personalised products (including Replica Shirts printed with name & number), perishable goods, or items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

Exchanges
- We will gladly exchange items if you need a different size, colour, or product (subject to availability).
- If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shirt Printing
- Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.
